Robin’s formative interest and experience was technical, namely electronic design. In 1984 he decided to drive his career more into sales, training and management. He has found that his technical design and hands-on experience has given him invaluable perspective from a client operations point of view. It has sharpened his ability to identify real-time problems and in finding the correct technical and financial solutions, in a logical manner, as well as the implementation and management of business processes.

 A main area of focus he has developed is the understanding and practical implementation of the psychology behind successful sales which he has implemented in terms of sales team management and development and his own personal skills development, with great success.

 Through Robin’s experience in management positions since 1989 he has developed strong Leadership qualities in team development, financial management, budget planning and the development of corporate strategies.

 The study of the psychology of sales in numerous companies where Robin has been involved, reducing the amount of time and effort wasted on “lost deals” and improving closing ratios and margins. This has led to a high reward – effort ratio for both Robin and his Team.
